Contractual Agreement for Services

All projects initiated with Zaman Arif (Md Arifuzzaman) require the formulation of a new contract, specifically tailored to the scope and requirements of the project. This contract is to be agreed upon and signed by both parties, ensuring full understanding and consent to the work to be done, Information Protection, Third-Party Services, client responsibilities, revisions, deliverables, project timelines, and payment terms.

Service Policy

I am an SEO expert and web developer with proficiency in WordPress and Shopify; I aim to provide professional and quality service to make a difference for you. Below are the terms and conditions of my services to ensure transparency and clear communication:

  •  Scope of Services:
    Among the services that I offer include; SEO, WordPress development, Shopify development, website maintenance, and technical support.
    Additional services may be provided according to whether your project needs it.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    The client is expected to deliver all the content, information, and materials that shall be needed to carry out the project. This, therefore, entails accessing hosting accounts, domain credentials, or any other account relevant to website hosting.
    A possibility of a delay in the provision of the required materials will cause incremental completion time to the project.
  • Project Timeline:
    This is in the form of a project timeline that will be offered and hopefully set at the beginning of a project.
    These little tasks may take different time depending upon the level of difficulty of the project, the time taken to consult the client, and depending on any extra parts added to the bigger project.
    This means that if more time is required because of a change of scope or encounter of a challenge, the client will be informed and the timeline readjusted.
  • Revisions:
    As for revisions, a limited number of revisions (usually [insert number]) are offered free with each project to cater to the client’s needs. Any changes after this may attract extra charges, therefore the results should be as requested by the client.

Payment Terms

A Down payment of [insert percentage] is charged before the commencement of the job. The balance will be payable upon the end of implementation of the project as stated above. For the services that require constant provision like SEO, payments are usually made on [monthly/quarterly] basis. Neglect in making payments on time may lead to one’s services being terminated or being pulled out.

Cancellation and Refunds

The project can be terminated by either party at any one time. However, any work done before the cancellation of the particular agreement will attract a bill the client must pay. Refund policies will only be done deprived the circumstances but will depend on the amount of work done.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are updated on any changes.
